Punjabi Cultural and Food event at Avari Tower karachi

Karachi 24 June 2010: Avari Tower Karachi launches the Punjabi food & culture yesterday evening, however this event continues till 30^th of this month. Avari enhanced this event by gathering so many foreigners and the gist of this event is just to introduce Punjabi Food and Culture in Karachi. Avari Tower has also ennobled for the Sindh Cultural  Festival in past few months, The chief guest of the event was Mr. Nisar Khoro (Speaker Sindh Assembly) who inaugurated the event and Mr. Khoro felt glad to be the part of Punjabi Culture as he is Sindh speaking but he quoted to the media that we all are Pakistani, and as Pakistani we should incorporated all genial events just to encourage the Pakistani Culture and give awareness to the foreigners that our trend of finesse is one of the eminent and optimum all over the world and no one can baffle it. Mr. Khoro also told us that as a Pakistani “I’m just here to eliminate discrimination, Sindh is the region of Shah Abdul Latif Bhitai, and Punjab is our blood and Mr. Zardari wears Sindhi Cap just to constitutes Sindhi and Pakistani culture” Mr. Khoro very much fond of “Daal Chawal”, “Aloo Ghost” and “Bar b Que stuff” and this is introductory phase of Punjabi culture here at Sindh.

Despites all the factors the overall environment paradigm the Punjabi Culture and everyone infatuated of Punjabi culture, Avari Tower imported especially trained and professional chefs for this event, each chefs has the special skills for their business. Avari Tower arranged more than 14 dishes for the foodstuff and more than 14 items in deserts, which is specialties of Punjab.  Food Items available at Avari for this event like Lahori Pulao, Chinoti Ghost, Chicken Karahi, Kaju Aloo, Sarso Ka Saag, Archari Bhindi, Aloo Ghost, Paya, Gool Gappy, Special Punjabi Salad, Murgh Channa, Khusra kabab Tilmilli Tali Machli and Lassi, In deserts they are offering Jalebi, Habshi Halwa, Rasgoole, Gajerala, Sohan Halwa, Kulfi, Lauqi ka halwa, Pherni, Kheer, Moti Chur ke Ladoo, Mangos, Apricots and many more.

Handicrafts of Punjab were also been placed there as for the interest of the visitors,some finest wood work was also included which  reflected the specialty of  Chinioti wood work.

Although, Avari Tower functioned tremendously for this event and they anticipated the more gentry than the expectation as Karachites affectionate for cuisines and Karachites seeking for the good environment as Avari suppressed marvelously and eat lovers will euphoria in this culture.
